15M personal best
Today I did some impromptu testing in my 15m sprint and had a personal best of 2.27s , .03 s faster than my previous best, 2.30s . This also happened after a very hard triple workout yesterday. Its a great time for me and is very encouraging that things are where they need to be!
I grew up in Lake Placid, NY. For the last 12 years of my life I have trained to be an Olympian in the sport of skeleton. Along side my training, I pursued a double major in environmental science and finance while competing for the USA on the World Cup skeleton team. While the majority of my life is dedicated to sport the rest of my time is dedicated to a range of other passions including wine, the outdoors, traveling and business. These are my thoughts as I embark on my unique journey through life. Enjoy.
